KEPT is an iPhone app for the promises you make to yourself. You write one sentence. The app reads the hour, the proof it will need, and the moment you have to leave. You hold two seconds to sign. At the hour you chose, it quotes back the excuse you wrote the night before. Then you prove it — a live photo, a workout from Apple Health, a timer you held, a route, or your word alone when nothing can settle it.
